I have kept links to some pieces of news, old already, but interesting whatsoever (or had I better said anyway?). There is this, for example, about women in Rwanda’s Parliament, which by the way is from The Washington Post, so it is in English.
And then, there is this other about a best-seller written on toilet paper (yes, on that paper, so it´s a once readable only novel…). This one in Spanish.
So they are one message of hope and one just amusing, I guess. And just to put some more color in this post, see below some youtube clips of commercial-but-artistic events taking place in public crowded places. I think they are an awsome way of demonstrating how art in motion (or lacking motion too) can really make our day every now and then. I love them, specially the Do-Re-Mi at the Belgian station!!
Tenía guardados un par de vínculos a noticias que, aunque ya estén pasadas, siguen teniendo interés, en mi opinión. Está esta, por ejemplo, sobre el papel que han alcanzado las mujeres en el Parlamento de Ruanda. Es del Washington Post, así que está en inglés.
Y esta otra es sobre una novela a punto de convertirse en best-seller, publicada en papel higiénico (exacto, una novela de un solo uso). Esta la tengo referenciada del Hola (qué pasa), así que está en español.
Supongo que, resumiendo, estoy conservando un texto de esperanza, y otro simplemente curioso. Y para terminar con una nota de color, aquí os dejo unos videos de youtube mostrando situaciones con fines comerciales, vale, pero a la vez artísticas, en lugares típicamente abarrotados. Creo que son una forma maravillosa de demostrar cómo el arte en movimiento (o incluso sin movimiento alguno) realmente puede cambiarnos el día. Personalmente, me fascinan; el del Do-Re-Mi en la estación belga, el que más!!
